Shipping

When do these rates apply?
Shipping rates below start on 6 Nov 2026 and are paid in USD at checkout.

Australia: Free shipping over US$100; otherwise US$20.
United States: Free shipping over US$150; otherwise US$25.
All other international countries: Free shipping over US$150; otherwise US$25.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occur. Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not covered as working days. Lost My Accent is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, bank holidays and weekends, or natural disasters.

Duties & taxes

US import duties are charged at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We do not offer free returns and exchanges; the customer is responsible for postage costs for returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) are accepted up to 7 days from when the product was received, in perfect selling condition and unworn, with tags included and unbroken. Contact connect@lostmyaccent.com to start a return or exchange.
All items are inspected before a return or exchange is processed. Items found worn, used, or unsellable will be rejected and returned to you. If you receive a faulty item, email us within 7 days of receipt.
We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. For faulty or incorrect items, tell us within 3 days of receipt.
If approved, refunds are offered as store credit for 1 year, or as an exchange within 5 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the original packing, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
